An enzyme found in the sarcoplasmic reticulum vesicle membrane. During the relaxation of skeletal muscles and muscle rich in mitochondria, this enzyme catalyzes the active transport of calcium into the sarcoplasmic reticulum vesicles from the sarcoplasm.
