What's The Definition Of The Medical Condition Cholangitis, Sclerosing?
Chronic, nonbacterial inflammatory narrowing of the bile ducts. About 50% of the cases are associated with ulcerative colitis. Treatment is to relieve the obstruction by balloon dilatation or surgery.
