An autosomal dominant disorder associated with various neoplasms including central nervous system (most often cerebellar) and retinal HEMANGIOBLASTOMA, endolymphatic sac tumors, renal cell carcinoma (see CARCINOMA, RENAL CELL), renal and pancreatic cysts, HEMANGIOMA of the spinal cord, and PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA.
