What's The Definition Of The Medical Condition Isoantigens?
Antigens that exist in alternative (allelic) forms in a species, and thus induce an immature response when one form is transferred (as by blood transfusion or tissue graft) to members of the species who lack it. Typical isoantigens are the blood group antigens. (Dorland, 28th ed)
