What's The Definition Of The Medical Condition Mammotropic Hormone, Pituitary?
Pituitary lactogenic hormone. A polypeptide hormone with a molecular weight of about 23,000. It is essential in the induction of lactation in mammals at parturition and is synergistic with estrogen.
