What's The Definition Of The Medical Condition MIL-RAF Proteins?
A class of serine-threonine kinases involved in cellular SIGNAL TRANSDUCTION. Included in this class are the proto-oncogene proteins raf and mil (mil is the avian homologue of raf1). Raf is a component of a signal transduction pathway leading to increased gene expression through the c-Jun DNA binding site, AP1.
