What's The Definition Of The Medical Condition Picornaviruses?
A family of small RNA viruses comprising some important pathogens of humans and animals. Transmission usually occurs mechanically. There are six genera: APHTHOVIRUS; CARDIOVIRUS; ENTEROVIRUS; HEPATOVIRUS; PARECHOVIRUS; and RHINOVIRUS.
