What's The Definition Of The Medical Condition Post-Coital Contraceptive Agents?
Contraceptive substances to be used after coitus. Usually high doses of estrogen are administered within 24-36 hours after coitus as an emergency measure, not as a replacement for the usual methods of contraception because of the side effects of high concentration of estrogen.
