What's The Definition Of The Medical Condition Psoralens?
Substances found in many different plants, especially Psoralea corylifolia (Legume). They are used for skin diseases, especially vitiligo and as sunscreens. They interact with nucleic acids and are also used as research tools. Psoralens have a coumarin molecule with a furan ring.
